Unexpected challenges but friendly staff
The check-in staff were welcoming, and I appreciated their friendliness throughout my stay. I enjoyed my time at the nearby Waffle House for breakfast.
However, my room had several issues, including a loose toilet, a lack of toiletries, and the breakfast offered was less than appealing, causing me to seek alternative options.

The staff was accommodating during our check-in process.
The hotel was a nightmare. Upon entering my room, I found cigarette ash in the sink despite requesting a non-smoking room. There were visible bugs in the room, and the bathroom was incredibly dirty with standing water in the tub. Additionally, I encountered broken furniture, which was very disappointing for my stay.

The check-in process was quick, but
the room left much to be desired. The beds were uncomfortable and the sheets felt dirty. Additionally, there was no coffee in the room, forcing me to go out early in the morning. Overall, not the best experience.

missingWrote a review on Sept 01clean roomfresh coffeeuncomfortable check-in
Had a great time with my friends! The room was clean and worked well for our stay. We visited a fun local park and the nearby shopping area. Just a heads up, there’s no continental breakfast, but they made fresh coffee for us. I'd suggest going out for breakfast instead.
The check-in process felt a bit off when they made a copy of my driver’s license, which was not very reassuring.

Our family enjoyed visiting the nearby park, which was perfect for the kids. The staff quickly responded when we needed extra towels, making our stay more comfortable. It's great to have a relaxed place to unwind after a day of fun with my son's family.
In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast hours could be extended for families.

The room cleanliness needs significant improvement, with brown streaks on the bathroom walls and holes in the bedding. Additionally, the TV remote was incorrect, leading to confusion. On a positive note, the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. I appreciated the complimentary bread, but it's clear that the facilities require attention to provide a better experience.

I appreciated the welcoming nature of the staff, who were attentive and helpful throughout my stay, especially during check-in. The easy access to the front desk and nearby amenities made it convenient for my needs as a senior traveler.
Rooms could use better cleaning and upkeep.

I arrived late in the evening, and the check-in process went smoothly. The room was clean, which I really appreciated after a long day. I enjoyed the comfortable beds and the wi-fi worked seamlessly. However, the second room had some issues. The refrigerator wasn't plugged in, and there was mold inside, which was pretty unappetizing. Also, the hairdryer didn't work, and the vanity seemed like it was coming away from the wall. The breakfast options could definitely be improved since it didn’t start until 6 AM, and I had to go elsewhere for coffee. These small details took away from an otherwise decent stay.
